The principles in this book have been passed down to me from my father; from coaches I have had the privilege of working with and competing against; and from hundreds of former players, who have taught me a great deal about success, adversity, winning, losing, hope, love - basically, the stuff of life.

In fact, I think you'll find the information in this book is not so much about football as it is about life and what it really takes to succeed - emotionally, relationally, spiritually, and professionally.
